Hi, I’m Lili!
I’m a UT grad on a mission to help others feel confident and use nutrition to hit their goals.
I was born into a highly musical family so growing up, the emphasis was on learning an instrument and academics. That is to say that I didn't discover sports, nutrition or fitness until I was in my late teens at my University's weight room. Before I started lifting weights, I struggled with body dysmorphia and disordered eating. I didn't feel confident in my skin and I would restrict food as a result. However, once I started powerlifting, I began to approach food differently. I used food as fuel in order to make progress and feel successful in the gym. Food was no longer the enemy. I rediscovered my passion for cooking. I felt stronger and better than ever once how my body performed became more important than how (I thought) it looked.
I have since competed in multiple USAPL Powerlifting meets, using nutrition to either bulk up, cut down or maintain my weight depending on my goals. I balanced my nutrition, free of restrictions, to achieve a long lasting and sustainable lifestyle. I feel confident and happy in my skin whether I’m squatting at the gym, lying on the beach or hiking Big Bend. Now, I am a Certified Nutrition Coach who wants to help you do the same!
