A Little About Me
Hi, my name is Lili and I am Certified Nutrition Coach in Austin, Texas! I’ve been dedicated to sports and nutrition since I discovered my love for Powerlifting as a teenager and have competed multiple times in USAPL powerlifting meets. I gained confidence in my appearance and abilities while lifting and using nutrition as an essential tool. I’m here to help you achieve your goals and create a sustainable relationship with food.
